This seminar takes a building-block approach to blade defense, starting with the fundamentals and layering on technique as you progress. You’ll learn how to handle the most common attacks from both standing and grounded positions, using wrestling and jiu-jitsu as the base.
We’ll cover:
The “sewing machine” style attack (seen in about 70% of real attacks)
Defending against multiple other common grips
Dealing with shirt grabs and close-pressure scenarios
Using leverage and position to stay in control on the ground
By the end, you’ll have a solid foundation of pressure-tested skills you can trust, built step by step in a supportive, hands-on environment.
