FAQ

1) Return Period: You may return products within 14 days of the delivery.

2) Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item being returned.

3) Exceptions: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return. These items include but are not limited to: customized or personalized items. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling, etc.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.

Items must be returned via USPS and shipped within 14 days of delivery.

Items need to be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.

Due to the logistics of scheduling/manning training events, and maintaining necessary minimum student requirements, there will be no refunds/rescheduling once you have booked your training event. However, your purchased slot is transferable and may be sold by you to another interested party.
